Coaching and Therapy are both very valuable processes that support your mental health and overall wellbeing. But which one is right for you?

Well, you don’t have to choose just one because they actually compliment each other. Therapists are trained to discuss deeply routed personal experiences or trauma that affect how you feel, think and operate. Coaches are trained to support your efforts to change habits that may be contributing to or enabling continued suffering and stress.

We constantly battle demands (real or perceived) from our bosses, spouses and even our own inner critic, making us feel overwhelmed. This can lead to feeling like there isn’t enough time in the day to practice self-care let alone get our day-to-day done as well as we would like.

We know it is hard to make conscious, well-informed decisions when we are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, financially strapped or tired. That is where coaches like me come in. We are MASTERS of habit change, helping you find ways to release some of the pressure you experience in your life. We help you reconnect to the part of you that already knows what to do, opening up more choice so you don't feel stuck.

I want to help you create or re-define your idea of healthy, set realistic goals and uncover and combat obstacles that get in your way. My goal as a coach is to set you up to have lasting transformation in your life!
